Micki Frazier

Hello and welcome!  I am the owner and director of MKF Counseling.  I am also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and practicing therapist.  I received my Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and my Master of Social Work from Simmons College.  I have been in practice since 2003.  
I specialize in working with adults and young adults dealing with depression and anxiety.  I also have a special interest in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, especially in combat veterans.
Nancy Baldwin

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at MKF Counseling.  I received my Bachelor of Arts from Miami University and my Master of Social Work from Rutgers University.  I have worked as a psychotherapist in group private practices, as well as in non-profit counseling centers.
My areas of specialization include working with adults, children and families who have survived trauma.  I work extensively with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, bereavement, parenting, job loss and other life changes.
Dorothy Coffey

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at MKF Counseling. I earned my undergraduate degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and my Master's degree from Rutgers University. My experience in the healthcare/medical field allows me to support my clients in finding their strengths to cope with a medical diagnosis, terminal illness, grief related to loss and the stress associated with these and other life adjustments. I have worked extensively with the geriatric population, adults, and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
Julia Sameth

I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) at MKF Counseling. I received my undergraduate degree in clinical psychology and my Master of Education at the University of Maryland and later earned my Master of Social Work from Rutgers University.
I hold an advanced certificate in family systems work and have significant experience supporting individuals across the lifespan as they face serious illness, loss, depression, anxiety and relationship conflict. Incorporating mindfulness and strength-oriented therapies is a focus in my practice.
Zahara Wadud Pinkett​

I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) at MKF Counseling. I received my Bachelor of Science from North Carolina A&T State University and my Master of Social Work and Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University.
I have experience working with at-risk youth in educational settings, as well as adolescents and families in psychiatric hospital settings. My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationships, trauma and crisis intervention.
Monique Pearlman

I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) at MKF Counseling. I received my Bachelor of Arts from William Paterson University and my Master of Social Work from Rutgers University with a specialization in Children and Families. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, focusing on domestic abuse and sexual violence. I have extensive experience working with issues ranging from anxiety to trauma, PTSD, relationships, grief, self-esteem and coping with everyday stress.

I have experience working with adults and adolescents dealing with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression and substance abuse disorders.
Kattia Olsen

I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) at MKF Counseling. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bloomfield College. I continued my education at Rutgers University, where I earned my Master of Social Work, specializing in the clinical field. I have experience working with families, with a focus on children, specifically when dealing with trauma and various stressors that affect the family unit. My ability to utilize a strength-based approach allows one's strengths to aid in recovery and empowerment.
