Hello! I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) at MKF Counseling. I earned my Bachelor of Psychology from Thomas Edison State College, and my Master in School Counseling & Counseling Psychology from the College of Saint Elizabeth.
I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment where clients can explore their authentic selves and move toward a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which we work together to identify goals, build coping strategies, and cultivate resilience in the face of life's challenges. I work with clients of all ages, from young children and their families, adolescents and young adults, and older adults. My clinical approach is integrative, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also incorporate mindfulness-based techniques to support clients in staying grounded and present during the therapeutic process. My experience includes working with individuals from diverse background and with a wide range of presenting concerns. At the foundation of my work is the belief in the importance of genuine human connection and a commitment to supporting each client on their path toward lasting wellness. |
