I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at MKF Counseling. I received both my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Social Work from Rutgers University.
I have worked in a variety of mental health settings for over a decade with people of different backgrounds and ages, including non-profits, county mental health facilities, vocational rehabilitation programs and community support services.  As an outpatient therapist, I specialize in a comprehensive strengths-based approach, relapse prevention, mindfulness, developmental disabilities and depression support.
